Poultry Breeding Farm
- At breeding farms, Parent birds are reared in cage system and maintained with good Bio security.
- We have adopted artificial insemination method to control and optimize the mating process, to produce fertile eggs. These eggs are transferred to the Hatchery unit.
- Our Poultry breeding farms prioritize biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of diseases.

Hatchery Unit
- It is the storage house for eggs. The fertilized eggs from breeding farms are brought to Hatchery unit, where they are incubated and hatched to produce chicks.
- Specific parameters such as temperature, humidity, and ventilation are carefully controlled during the incubation process to create an optimal environment for embryo development.
- Only quality eggs are transferred to hatching and Hygienic surroundings are maintained.
- Good Quality vaccines used to produce the healthiest and high immunity chicks.
- Hatchery units coordinate the transportation of day-old chicks to commercial poultry farms. Chicks are packaged in specialized containers to ensure their well-being during transit.

Integration Farms
- Sumukh Hatcheries follows farmer-integrated farm rearing. Integration is a winwin situation between the farmer and the integrator(Sumukh Hatcheries), where the farmer grows our chicken in his available land and the integrator pays the farmer growing charges.
- The day-old chicks from Hatchery unit are sent to these farms where antibiotic free birds are raised or grown purely for meat purpose.
- Commercial broiler farms(Integration) are specialized facilities designed for the large-scale production of broiler chickens, which are raised for meat production. These farms are part of the broader poultry industry and play a significant role in meeting the global demand for chicken meat.
- These chicks are chosen for their ability to reach market weight quickly, usually within 5 to 7 weeks.
- UV-treated water is used for drinking, good ventilation and hygienic environment is maintained for healthier birds.
- Age specified nutrition rich feed is made from the best quality ingredients and provided to the broiler farms.
- We provide 0.75 million kgs of birds to the market every year.
